Coach Jason played rugby for Southern Illinois University and the Quad City Irish, where he was captain and vice president.
As a coach, he led the Glendale Merlins Women's D1 team as their head coach in 2019, and was an assistant coach for the Merlins Women's Premier League team, where they won the 2019 National Championship.
He is currently a coach and Regional Coordinator for Eagle Impact Rugby Academy, a USA Rugby national development program, where he won the U16 National Championship in 2023, and he is a member of the Monarch High School girls rugby coaching staff. His son is also a senior this year at Regis.
